With the re-development of the Folkestone area and the plans for a high speed rail link to London making the journey time less than an hour from Ashford the property market will continue to grow and demand for rental property will be high as people move into the area.

Tenant demand continues to strengthen pushing rental prices higher and  is expected to continue to do so with the slow down in the sale of property and landlords unable to sell.
